In 2019, I purchased this beloved boutique from it's original owner of 35 years. As I stepped into this new chapter, I quickly realized something was missing in our bridal scene: stylish & flattering options for mothers of the bride and groom.
What started as a small collection of dresses has grown into one of the largest mother-of-the-bride selections in South Louisiana! Helping moms feel beautiful and confident brings me (and my amazing team) so much joy.

When should I start shopping for my Mother of the Bride or Mother of the Groom dress?
We recommend shopping 6-8 months before the wedding whenever possible. This gives you the best selection and plenty of time for ordering and alterations.
But don't panic if your wedding is sooner than that! We work with last-minute moms all the time. We keep many of our best-selling gowns in stock year-round, offer quick-ship styles from many designers, and even have beautiful dresses available to purchase right off the rack.

How much do Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom dresses cost?
Our dresses range from approximately $450-$1,000, with most gowns falling between $500-$600.
We believe finding a beautiful dress shouldn't feel overwhelming, which is why we carefully curate styles for a variety of budgets. We also offer payment plans.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes! We highly recommend scheduling an appointment.
Every appointment includes a dedicated stylist and private fitting room, giving you the personalized attention you deserve. Our goal is to make shopping enjoyable, relaxed, and completely stress-free.
What sizes do you carry?
We carry sample gowns in sizes 4-26 and can special order many dresses in sizes 00-32, depending on the designer.
Our stylists are experienced in helping women of every shape and size find a dress that makes them feel beautiful and confident.
Can I take my dress home the same day?
Yes!
Many of our Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom dresses are available for immediate purchase. If you find "the one," you may be able to take it home that very day.
If your dress needs to be ordered, we'll walk you through the expected arrival time and help you plan for alterations.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear comfortable clothing and undergarments that make you feel your best.
If you already know the wedding colors, feel free to bring a color swatch or a photo of the bridal party. Inspiration photos are always helpful too, but don't be afraid to keep an open mind. Some of our favorite moments happen when a mom falls in love with a dress she never expected to try on!
What colors should the Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom wear?
Today's weddings have far fewer "rules" than they used to.
Most mothers choose colors that complement the wedding palette while reflecting their own personal style. Navy, emerald, black (it's chic!), champagne, and soft blue continue to be some of our most popular choices, but every wedding is different.
We'll help you find a color that coordinates beautifully with the bridal party while making you feel confident.
Should the mothers match?
Not at all!
Most mothers coordinate rather than wear identical dresses. The goal is for both moms to complement one another while choosing styles that suit their own personalities and body types.
Can I bring guests?
Absolutely!
We recommend bringing 2-4 guests whose opinions you value most. A smaller group often creates a more relaxed experience while still giving you the support and encouragement you deserve.
Do you offer alterations?
While we don't perform alterations in-house, we're happy to recommend trusted local seamstresses who work with our gowns regularly.
What if I don't know what style looks best on me?

Our stylists will help you explore different silhouettes, fabrics, sleeve options, and necklines until you find something that makes you feel amazing. You don't have to know what you're looking for before you arrive.
